Melrose Terrace Redevelopment
The purpose of these FAQs are to keep a running list of the questions and answers that BHP receives about it’s proposed plans to re-use the existing buildings at Melrose for elderly housing. The FAQs will be updated as questions come up.
After completing an extensive 4.5-acre flood mitigation project in 2024 at the former location of Melrose Terrace, Brattleboro Housing Partnerships has begun the process of redeveloping the remaining property, which is now out of the floodway. M&S Development and GBArchitecture are collaborating with BHP on the redevelopment.
