After completing an extensive 4.5-acre flood mitigation project in 2024 at the former location of Melrose Terrace, Brattleboro Housing Partnerships has begun the process of redeveloping the remaining property, which is now out of the floodway. M&S Development and GBArchitecture are collaborating with BHP on the redevelopment.
