The Subsidized Housing program enables an individual or family to live in a development owned and managed by the Brattleboro Housing Partnerships. We own and manage 307 apartment homes for seniors, persons with disabilities and families. These homes are found in five developments throughout Brattleboro. All developments have community rooms, with kitchens, recreation space and central laundries (except Moore Court which has washer/dryer hookups).
BHP provides 24 hour maintenance, on site property staff and, in some developments, special programs for adults and youth. Onsite parking is also available everywhere (though it is limited in some developments). Rent in all 5 properties is based on 30% of the families adjusted gross income.
