What do I do if I need a repair done in my apartment?
Call (802)254-6071 and give the staff of the Brattleboro Housing Partnerships your name, apartment number and work  needed. The work is usually completed within two business days of placing the work order. Maintenance staff must respond to emergency work orders first.

What do I do if I have an emergency work order after hours?
Call (802)254-6071 for the answering service. Please tell them your emergency. The answering service will then contact the on call maintenance staff. You will receive a return call from the maintenance staff in about twenty minutes to get more details about your specific work order.
