As of January 2024, all residents are required to complete the new HUD Release for your tenant file.
The attached HUD Release must be signed by all household members over the age of 18 years old. Once completed you can drop the HUD Release off your site’s drop box, Melrose office drop box or mail back in a pre-pain envelope found outside the offices.
